Coyote Mexican Grill started with one simple mission: bring authentic, vibrant Mexican flavors to Northeast Ohio. After success at our Chagrin Falls, Kent, and Atwater locations, we knew it was time to bring that same passion to Hiram. Coyote Express is our first express-style location, built specifically for the fast-paced energy of campus life.
